Mama & Baby Yoga with Lindsay

Who is this geared for?

Moms who have got the clearance from their healthcare provider postpartum, and would like to add some movement in their day while also potentially meeting some new mom friends with babies around the same age. 

** Please include how old your baby is in the check out notes, this event is suited for babies who are not yet crawling **

Meet our instructor: 

Lindsay say has been practicing some form of yoga for many years; learning many skills for positive mental and physical health. Lindsay continued to deepened her practice and recieved her 200hr Vinyasa flow certification in 2018. After having her daughter, she wanted to better support pre and postnatal students in their journey into and through motherhood, receiving her 85hr perinatal yoga teacher training. In addition to yoga, Lindsay enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking and reading.
